No Hassle Guarantee Policy
We have a No-Hassle Guarantee Policy for our Retail Customers. This is not applicable to purchases made by our Trade Customers.
Our Hardy Nursery Stock and Perennials are guaranteed for two full years.
Our Roses are guaranteed for one full year.
Our Houseplants (non-flowering) are guaranteed for 3 full months.
Our Flowering Houseplants/Orchids are guaranteed for 1 full week.
Our Hardy Water plants are guaranteed for 3 full months.
Our Hardgoods/Patio Furniture is guaranteed for one full year or manufacturer's warranty (which ever is longer).
Our NO HASSLE GUARANTEE is effective from the date of purchase and is valid only upon presentation of the original receipt. Plant replacements are valid upon presentation of the original receipt and the dead plant. Planting charges are only warranted on items planted by SHERIDAN NURSERIES. Annual bedding plants and Tropical Water plants are not warranted. No cash refund after 10 days.
We will replace the plant with a plant of equal size and value of the original purchase or issue an in-store credit for the original amount paid for the plant. This credit can be used towards any product in our store.

Refund Policy for items order on-line
If you are not satisfied with the Garden Guide, we will be happy to refund your purchase upon return of the guide to our Head Office - Sheridan Nurseries, 12302 10th Line, R.R. #4 Georgetown Ontario L7G 4S7 within 14 days of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable.
